Andrew seems a little fixated on Fight Gone Bad (FGB) components recently. I believe he did some row/SDLHP combination WOD that nearly killed Ruth (of course that was only a joke for those that can’t read between the lines).
Our WOD was similar but with a small change, box jumps and ring dips to mix things up a bit. The prescribed box jumps was 20 inches (as per FGB) but I decided to tackle the bigger box just to push myself a little. It sucked. But I got through pretty ok I think, thanks to Andrew shouting at me to pick up the bar. I needed that today. It was one of those days wherein its hard to step to the line and do the work. I ended up doing 4 rounds +13 SDLHP. I dunno, it was probably the brussel sprouts.
